My approach to birth work is through reverence, compassion, and prayer. I am here to walk alongside you — supporting you through pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum. My role is to be both a steady presence and a practical guide, helping you to prepare your body, your home, and your heart as you step into a new season.

I also believe that birth is not only a mother’s journey but a family’s. Whether this is your first baby or your fifth, I am here to provide encouragement, education, and support for both mothers and fathers as you step into your unique roles with confidence and peace.

About me

Hi, I’m Sammy, and I am honored to serve families as a birth and postpartum doula. My journey into this work grew out of my deep love for supporting women and families during one of life’s most transformative seasons.

I believe that birth is not just a physical event, but an intimate and spiritual experience — one that God designed with incredible purpose. My faith shapes the way I serve: with prayer, gentleness, and a heart for helping mothers feel seen, supported, and cared for.

As your doula, I’m here to provide more than education and comfort measures. I’ll be your encourager, your steady presence, and your advocate — reminding you that you are fully equipped for this journey. Whether this is your first or your fifth baby, I’ll also walk alongside your partner, giving them tools and confidence to actively participate in your birth experience.

It is my joy to serve families in this sacred work of welcoming new life, and I would be honored to walk this journey with you.

Full Service Birth Doula

A comprehensive package for those who want dedicated support before, during, and after birth. This includes:

✦ Personalized childbirth education sessions
✦ Prenatal visits to discuss birth preferences and preparation
✦ Continuous support during labor and birth (in hospital, birth center, or at home)
✦ Advocacy and guidance for you and your partner throughout the birthing process
✦ Immediate postpartum support following birth
✦ One to two postpartum follow-ups for newborn care, feeding, and recovery

Investment: $1,200 - $2,000

Postpartum Care & Nurturing

Designed to support mothers and families as they transition into life with a newborn. This package can include:

✦ Meal train coordination and/or nourishing meal delivery
✦ Light home help (laundry, tidying, home organization)
✦ Emotional support and listening ear for the postpartum mother
✦ Guidance with newborn care and establishing routines
✦ Creating rest opportunities so you can recover and bond with your baby

Investment: $500 - $1,200 (depending on # of visits/hours per week)

  • A doula is not a medical provider — I don’t deliver babies or perform clinical care. My role is to provide emotional, physical, educational, and spiritual support before, during, and after birth. A midwife (or OB) is focused on your medical care, while I’m focused on your comfort, advocacy, preparation, and peace of mind. Together, we create a team that surrounds you in support.

  • Absolutely! A doula never replaces a partner — I enhance their role. I guide, encourage, and equip fathers or partners so they feel confident and supported too. Whether this is your first baby or your fifth, I’ll provide education and encouragement so both of you feel prepared and connected through this journey.

  • Yes! I am here to support you wherever you feel safest giving birth. Whether in a hospital, birth center, or at home, my role remains the same: to walk alongside you, provide comfort, advocate for your wishes, and remind you that you are not alone in the process.

  • Yes, I do. I believe every family deserves access to compassionate birth support. We can discuss payment schedules that fit your needs so that cost is not a barrier to receiving care.

  • Yes! While I offer three main tiers, I understand every family’s needs are unique. I am happy to create a custom package that combines elements of birth prep, birth attendance, and postpartum care to serve your family best.

  • If desired, yes. As a woman of faith, I believe God is at the center of births, and it is an honor to cover you and your family in prayer before, during, and after your baby’s arrival. I will always follow your comfort level and wishes.
